Membership is a private contractual arrangement for direct medical services and is not health insurance. Members must maintain separate health insurance for hospitalization, emergency care, and primary care. The practice does not bill commercial insurance or Medicare.
Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment. Final pricing and terms are governed by the membership agreement.

How do I become a member, and how soon can I be seen after joining?
Membership starts with a short consult, and you can enroll from there. Once you are a member, you schedule directly, including virtual and in-home visits, so you are not waiting the usual several weeks for a first appointment. The onboarding steps are walked through during your consult.
What can I expect at my first visit as a new member?
Your first visit focuses on your history, your goals, and what you want to get back to, rather than a rushed checklist. For many members, it includes a comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment, providing your care with a clear starting point. There is time to ask questions and talk through next steps.
Is membership individual, or can my spouse join as well?
Membership is set up for the individual adult member. If your spouse would also like to join, the easiest way to arrange it is to raise it during your consult, so each of you is set up correctly.
Can I change or cancel my membership later?
Membership levels can be adjusted if your needs change. The terms for changing or ending a membership are reviewed during your consult, so you understand them before you join.
How are my medical records and privacy handled when care is not billed through insurance?
Your records are kept by the practice and managed through its own clinical systems rather than routed through an insurer for the care included in your membership. You can request access to your records, and any sharing with outside providers, such as a physical therapist or imaging partner, happens at your direction.
